dear all,
greetings to you,
i have an issue related to one of our clints in rudrapur,
they are holding the payment of our employess from last 7 months and even holding the ESI & PF amount of our employees,
there were some mis calculations while signing the contract.
however all the payments at our end is paid to all the workers to provide sound sork environment,
but our principal employer is holding approximately 8.5 lac rupees from last 7- 8 months.
please advice,
