I ve recently joined a German MNC as HR executive.
There has been an opening for the past 9-10 months & m thinking of doing a cost -analysis for the same as to find out how much resources (monitory) have been spend on this.
Can you all help me with this? What all costs are to be included??

Isn't thr any specific method or formula for doing cost analysis involving direct & indirect cost??
