we(Employer) have already pf code registered in Hyderabad. our corparate office Loacted at Hyderabad and our factory is located at vijayawada. After Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh our factory belonging to residue andhra pradesh, corporate office telangana, we(Employer) need to move my pf code to residue andhrapradesh because of Factory is situated at Vijayawada. 1. we are go for new pf code, 1.what is the procedure for getting new pf code?

In PF -
is form 9 compulsory to submit in department since they are asking that Unless the form is submitted , the digital signature can not be uploaded and also claim will not be settled.
In ESI -
still half yearly return is mandatory ???
Any annual information file with department.??
any register to be maintained for ESI??
Please suggest me.

hi srikanth, before going to generate EPF code online you need following documents .
1) Labour License of Min 21 members
2) shops and establishment license
3) PAN Card on firm name
4) address proof of firm location.
5) digital signature of authorized person of the firm
6) ID and address proof of the firm owner
7)Bank account statement (current account statement for min 1 month).
8) Rental agreement of the firm
10) if it is partnership firm - all partners ID , address proof, and PAN Cards
11) list of 21 number of employees names , father names, date of birth, nominee names , address and bank details
