1. Who is probationer ? Is he eligible for EL leave while on probation ( One day leave out of 20 working days )
2. Is above said condition is applicable for Apprentice.

Being probationer does not deprive the employee for his/her EL eligibility as such, but to avail the EL certain terms and conditions can be kept by an employer in their Policy. With regards to Apprentice I am not sure whether they are eligible for EL, as per my best knowledge is concerned the employee employer relationship does not exist hence is not applicable, it is suggested to wait for seniors to advice/give their views in this regard.
