Team,
I am working with private Limited company in Pune, currently i have resigned (1st July) and on notice period...as per my offer/appointment letter i have given one month notice.
now 14 days passed but still i have not received any revert on that mail, please suggest what to do in this cases and what are the possibilities of getting relived on 30th July 2014.
i don\'t want to extend my notice after 30th July 2014.
Please suggest legal ways to get this settle.

Hello Ankush, Please check with your superior on the status of your resignation or with your HR. If you have fulfilled your notice rule, nothing to worry.

Worry is i am working as manager managing two project...handover suppose to happen...i thought he will ask to me to extend and intentionally he is doing this things.
Many time i have called HR Head but he is saying will discussed with CEO and come back but now days he didn't picked up my calls.
is it required to take acceptance on resignation?
can company hold my settlement saying handover is incomplete because he is delaying discussion/revert.
what happen if company not taken handover and i left on my last day?
