Dear Anonymous, You claim you had a court case. Show the copy of the judgement which is in your favour or you can show the PCC which itself shows that nothing in pending against you.

Dear friend,
I wonder as to how the BGCK could unearth a court case if any pending. Incidentally, was it a civil suit or a criminal case? If it were to be a civil suit you will have nothing to worry. On the other hand if it was a criminal case, did you mention about this to TCS ? Nevertheless I don't think you will face any problem if you voluntarily submit the PCC to TCS since it might clear the air. Probably you should check with their HR whether you should submit it voluntarily since you have it now. It also depend on how serious the court case was, much would depend on veracity of the case/charges if any framed against you.
