I am working in a manufacturing firm for last 8 months. 2012 onwards firm started pf and esi.. At that time total 45 worker are working, but actually 3 workers pf are cutting. 2013 DEC onwards we are give pf and esi coverage to all workers and employees.. But till now no forms are submitted in pf office (form 9, 2, 12,10,5). we want to submit all forms.. another problem is last few years hr works are handled in outside consultancy they are make lot of problems.. 2012 wage register showing all workers pf deduction and also return filed. Now we want to submit all forms, but that consultant told lot of problem will came. What we are doing now I WANT SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.

I will suggest to inform EPFO enforcement officer of region and ask them to do PF Audit in your organization.
If your company is ready to pay all amounts than inform EPFO enforcement officer and clear the matter.
