Dear member ,

I need a help in drafting a letter more of professional coz I vl be writing this to the top boss.

I have prepared the draft. please help

I want to write a mail to show my dissatisfaction and ask them the criteria they used for deciding the hike %, as it is different among peers.

This is to bring you in notice that I am ex-employee of ABC company worked for 1 year and 8 months and I came to know from HR that I will not be getting bonus in my FNF.WHY?

Wherein I was in the same cycle of salary + bouns, attending notice period and it is no where mentioned in offer letter that If employee in notice is not eligible for bonus.

If thats so then this critical type of information should be given to employees at the time of Induction/ Joining Day by HR. Also, as per company policy & in induction by HR told us that we vl be getting bonus after completing year.

As per the company policy I should be getting it last year only but unfortunately all the corporate politics & poor HR management I have not recvied, which was highly disappointing.

And as per as my knowledge the approval for bonus has already been given in month of April by you.

Also, Ms.XYZ who has joined four months back as FOE got bonus, wherein she has not even completed her probation period.. HOW & WHY?

On what basis ABC has given her bonus? What type of discrimination is this?

Also, you also might be aware that there were almost 7 ex-employees- Mr. 1l, Mr, 2, Mr. 3 & Ms.4 they have also even completed probation period as well as some of them are from 5 year with ABC, but still they have not got their bonus, not even in their FNF.

Although we have recevied statutory bonus in diwali, which was of XAMOUNT/- to one who had completed their one year. So in that case Ms.XYZ should not be eligble of getting not even minimal amount of bouns, so how she has got 100% bonus.

So where ABC standard stands? Is this is a way they are treating their employees. If this is the way then I or others would surely won't be recommending of joining ABC.

please give a proper what I & others who has left the organisation did wrong that we are not eligible of not getting bouns.

After this mail I know that my FNF will definetly go on hold for dont know may be a year, because that how ABC maintains there standards.

When you are aware that if you send this mail your FNF will get on hold, so why do you want to take the chance instead wait for the FNF to happen and if you are not satisfied with the FNF Calculation you can send the mail. With regards to Bonus as per Act, the company is liable to pay, if it is apart from the Bonus Act, it is purely the Management's discretion.
