I got a new offer from employer. I decided to resign my current job. I discussed with my functional head .they are not ready to accept my resignation. they provide some offer. I am not satisfy with the offer. so I write a mail to HR manager and functional head for my resignation. I ready to work up to my notice period one month. My functional head told surely not accept my resignation . pls advice for my situation and mention the HR terms and condition for my resignation

Thanks for your response. If i complaint to labor Commissioner will it affect my future carrier or not. I am worried and think about this point only. I am having better opportunity with new employer. I am ready to serve my notice period with full attendance and provide my best productivity and all. I am top performer for my team. so they are not ready to loss me. so they thought if i miss the opportunity i will remain in the same position and continue my job. But i am not having interest.
I am having only 10 days remaining in my notice period. After that i am having only 5 day to join in new concern. So pls advice and guide me how to process legally with HR team.

Also I started my resignation process properly. I wrote the letter and gave it to functional head . I discussed with team leader ,Asst,Manager, senior manager .They are not ready to accept my resignation.So I sent a mail CCed all HR, my functional Head, TL. And then i start my resignation process by applied on HR portal. My functional head told me without getting my approval you applied on HR portal , so i never consider this as a notice period, I never accept your resignation.He told me like that.
So pls guide me for my proper relieving from the company.

Don't take tense, first you just write letter to labor commissioner and it will not effect to your carrier and you just inform to your offered employer about this matter and then if labor commissioner will not take the action on this then file RTI and ask the status of your Complaint, go legal nothing will happen, when your in side of Legal and they are in side of illegal then what is the need to fear.
