i have need of all HR letters which are required for HR management set up , i am newly joint in a big real estate firm , i have set for HR & administration Dept, please help me.

2. you want formats only or are you looking at setting up of HR department .
3. employee strength. apart from regular employees do you have commission based agents also.
4.As you have mentioned that its a big real estate firm, dont they have a HR setup.

My designation is here as manager for the HR & Administration dept i have to do control on management activities , implement to administration & set up for HR Dept for every hr activities like employees interview , joining formalities, exit, benefit , leave , attendance etc. it is a very big real estate partnership firm , we have 15 staff along with me, so i want to know some idea about salary procedure with benefit & when i can deduct the PT from salary ? & how
also i have idea about if it is real estate industry then how can i arrange all formalities of HR & administration, & no one is working here as agent base , it is commercial construction industry.

Profile of HR Department -

To select & depute right person for right job,

To create effective work culture,

To monitor attendance of staff & contract labours, even Over Time ,

To process the salary/payroll,

To look after the Legal Compliance & obtain required Registrations & Licenses and same should be renew/amend within the time limit, and submit its Annual/Half yearly Return with its compliance.

To pay the Statutory dues within due date like PF Contribution should be pay till 15th of every month, ESIC Cont. should be pay till 21st of every month, MLWF cont.(Half yearly) should be pay till 15th of Jan & 15th of July of every year.

To handle/co-ordinate & Liasoning with all department of the company as well as Govt. Depts.

Min Wages - Your company has two type of workmen, one is administration staff and second is civil construction workers, Minimum wages is applicable to administration workers under Shop & Comm Estb.Act and Min. wages is applicable to Civil construction workers under Construction of Roads/Buildings.

Benefits - give the benefits under PF Act, ESIC act, MLWF, Gratuity Act, Workmen Compensation Act, W.C. Policy, Leave, Bonus Act, Benefits under Building & Other Construction Workers Act to Civil Construction Workers only etc, (ESIC Act is not applicable to Civil Construction Workers)

PT deduction - as per slab(MH) - 1) 5000 & above (Gross Wages) - 175/- 2) 10000 & above (Gross Wages) - 200/- & 300/- in Feb month.

my email id is , please let me know about if my company`s employees like contractor & supervisor are working as contract base. how can i give to them salary.
if i want to set up for payment by salary account , how can ? i have to started the letters formalities & all discipline & leave policy to my staff from joining , can i start the system for bonus & increment for my company ? if yes then how can i decide then what is slab & policy of this procedure ?
