Dear Kalpana,
In your appointment letter what terms and conditions are mentioned? Is there specific term of Increment is defined?
In regards to Deductions on account of mistakes - can you illustrate something more?

There is no law for increment every year. For deductions part, we can’t comment without knowing the case. Pon

As Pon has rightly said there is no law for increment has such, it depends purely on the management. With regards to deduction in Salary for Work Mistakes you have mentioned that actually it is not your mistake, then it is whose mistake please elaborate to get an appropriate reply. Also please speak to your HR/Management for penalizing you for others mistake.
