HR Audit is a kind of Assessment /Audit conducted in organisations particularly by HR department to ensure that organisations HR Policy, Management systems, Facilities provided by organisation as Pf, Gratuity, medical and so on is being properly framed or not, if properly framed the functioning of particular facility, norms is on floor or not, aspects, impacts of policies,it also covers communication, recruitment's,internal communications, t also covers leave policy,termination,performance appraisal. in head lines you can think that it is a kind of audit which ensures, Companies HR policies in various aspects,its activities,remarks, impacts , to make transparent system of any organisation.
