was taking follow up with company for pf withdrawal since Feb 2012 have submitted PF withdrawal form for 3 times as 2 times they said it got misplaced.
every time concern person is not answering calls or giving excuses while asking for acknowledgement of PF form submission.
doubt that company has not created my Provident Fund account.
My query is what action can be taken against the company by the individual and the PF authorities regarding this.
Awaiting your valuable suggestions and replies.

If you know your PF a/c No you can directly submit form 19 to PF office. If your Co has not registered with RPFC they will inform you accordingly. After that you can make a complaint to RPFC with proof of Co having deducted Your contribution from your salary. The authorities will take action under Sec7A & 14 of the EPF Act.

In case if they have deducted PF from your salary, there will be proof.
If they have not created your PF account, you can verify the same with the concerned person/HR in your company.
If they are not giving details, you can write to the PF Inspector of your area to investigate the matter. He will do justice.
It is also your duty when they are deducting the PF, you have to ask your No. and see that whether they depositing the PF or not You have also failed in your duty.

In this case please ask the candidate to take his salary slips and raise a complint in rti and with the information receied from both meet the RPFC of that area. He will certainly help you to solve the problem.
