Hello,
I have been noticed that employees are prone to say gossips.As an HR in my organisation,some are approaching me to say gossips.But I am completely professional to them.When the purpose of the rumor or gossip is to malign another employee . it can cause tremendous harm to the culture of the workplace and of-course it poisons the entire environment.
Do we deliver any counselling for this because they are the top notch employees in my organisation.

Gossipers and rumour mongers are omnipresent. Identify those elements and counsel and if they are not corrective action themselves, further disciplinary action may be initiated based on proofs.
