1) staff
2) Executives---(Recruitment ,Training & Development)
3) Asst.Manager---(Recruitment ,Training & Development)
4)Manager----(Recruitment ,Training & Development,Compensation and Benefit)
5)Sr.Manager----(Recruitment ,Training & Development)
6)GM -----HR and Admin

this s deepal...even m compartively new to this forum but had joined once before...anyways, i have a list od KPIs and KRAs for the HR dept...if only you would mail me on
