Dear Suraj,
What was the terms and condition in your Appointment Letter ? If it is mentioned that you have to refund training amount , in case you resign or absconded then, you have to. Secondly, did you submitt the Resignation Letter to your managers/HR at the time of Resignation.
Please let me know if you need any further information in this regard.

As per your appointment letter, they can take legal action against you....Also , they can claim 53 days salary ( 60 - 7 days cos you worked for 7 days ) in lieu of your notice......but what I will advice you that just keep quite...wait for court summon......Because court is always infavour of the employee if you have valid reason with doucments . Companies generally send these legal notice to harass the staff and also they send this notices to show the management that they have taken action against that staff....But practically they are not in favour to go to the legal battle.......which is more expensive and time taking....So don't be panic....
Another point I would like to suggent you that please do not behave like a child in future....Your these type of activities can spoil your carrer also...and you can be blacklisted from the Industry.

Writting M.Sc , LLM ( Advocate ) on the post does not prove that he is a lawyear........or big lawyear.....Real lawyear never....posts cheaply like him....business is running behind a genuine lawyear.......and fake lawyears always run behind the business.....why should should he call you when everything is going on the open forum.....If you have will to advice anything to anyone then just place it before the forum...so that our knowledge can be increased by your valuable comments......

Dear Kamal Datta,
Request you to maintain decency and avoid unnecessary personal attacks. Your comment actually is far more harmful for this forum than a simple case of business solicitation. Sarcasm has its place in this forum surely, but not the crude kind you doled out.
