Dear Manoj,
You can withdraw the PF money. However it is better you can transfer your PF money accumulated in your Old PF account and merged with the present PF account Number. You have to Fill up Form No. 13 REvised and submitt to your present Employer. HR of present employer do the needful.
Please let me know if you need any further information in this regard.

Since you have to serve for a longer period in your carrier,I will advise you to always get your PF Account transferred in new estt. whenever there is a change in job. You have to simply intemate the new employer by filling required Forms..
Contributions for 10 years will entitle you for Pensionary benefits which will be a better option rather than to get PF withdrawals every time.

HI All
Thanks for your suggestions
However i already discussed my Current employer about it they said " You should have Clearance from your previous company to get this transferred therefore i asked them to open a new account" ( Means current employer can't help in it )
Also my previous company is saying that Pay us a huge amount against your notice period then we will sign on your PF form otherwise no Relieving and no Clearance (They are asking very huge amount 5 times of my PF so it is also not possible )
I red "undersign the form with a gestated officer and submit to the pf office u can get the amount back " Is it possible .. If yes then please elaborate me the process of it.

In my opinion, New employer has no power to reject Form-11, being submitted by new employee wherein details of his previous employment and PF account number is mentioned. New Employer has to accept the Form 13 for getting transfer of PF amount from the account of earlier employer.
Similarly , one can get his claim settled if applied within one year of leaving the job by getting his form attested from any gazzetted officer or bank manager along with a blank cancelled cheque and stating reasons for not getting it attested from his old employer.

In this case u can\'t withdraw your pf amount because you are working with other company and as per the act member of pf can only wihdraw if at the time of fiiling the form he is not in job for2 month after leaving the job transfer is the only option. Fill form 23 for this
Thanks

Hi Harry
The PF deduction is as per the law. U can either deduct the PF amount or transfer the same. The PF number shall be available in your salary slip. If the same is not mentioned u can very well call up ur employer and ask him for the same. He cannot deny the same
For transfer of PF u can use form 13 and for withdrawl of the same u can go for Form 19 and Form 10C.
Revert back for any futher clarifications
Cheers
Kartik
