Possible Monetary And Non Monetary Benefits

Hi all.
Other than the basic salary, we are planning to give something more to our employees. I need to find out what are the possible benefits we can give our employees (Monetary and non monetary)

All benefits are related to monetary only. It should be rephrased as Direct or Indirect.
Direct : Incentives, variable pay, bonus, ex-gratia, allowances, etc
InDirect : free food, transport, accommodation, Insurance cover, welfare schemes, etc.
