Calculate physical present days of workers. It is required in factory act return.

Exactly, you must be having attendance records of daily to monthly basis. From that you can rectify it
From Singapore
Very Simple.
Turn your Attendance Register for any day. Just note it down the presence of Number of Employees and Just submit it.
If you have electronic attendance system the matter is still more simple.
Have good days.

Dear all, Do we really need to physically count the heads every day and care has to be taken to include contract labour and even the managerial personnel? If there is an e-enabled attendance marking system including all coming in the worker definition, it would be easy otherwise it is a sheer waste of huge manhours. It is high time to look into such archaic provisions which in itself carry not much significance and the meaningful data could be number on rolls. The day we have a unified labour code and a comprehensive data base is sought, much of the frivolous wastage of manhours could be put to better use. KK
