Dear Pulkit,
My sincere request to you, and other bloggers like you, is please give as much information about your background, your position, the orgnaisational (not the name) situation, etc., to give precise answers. In the absence of such information, we will be "stabbing in the dark and are sure to miss the target".

Dear Pulkit,

You have not given enough information requested. I am a retired academic that has taught Strategic Management and Operations Management to MBAs after working in industries for quite a while. I did not understand what you meant by "I am very new to HR since majorly into transactional stuff.."

Also, I am not clear as to what is this ".painful and cost saving (post effects)." Also who are the unhappy staff and why are they resentful? The following clarification of yours still requires us to make ASSUMPTIONS.

"Our Company has started journey infact we are in middle of re-establishing our business models. We might have to face ill effects of transition and transformation. "

What is the new Business Model that you are going to establish and why should it lead to ill effects?

What questionnaires are you seeking and what is it that you want to elicit and from whom and why?

Please also read the news at Hewlett-Packard Shares Dip After Sales Miss Estimates, Leadership Changes Announced - Forbes which shows that when a company is facing problems, changes are inevitable.
