1. You can issue a service certificate with the reason for separation as Termination.
2. If no dues from the terminated employee, the company may release the F/F settlement early (within 15 days)
3. Actual relieving/termination date may be mentioned.

One correction -
Under payment of wages act, payment if salary for terminated employees must be paid within 2 working days from date of termination. In other words, within 2 working days from last working day of the employee.
For any payment not included in the definition of wages, the same needs to be cleared within 30 days.
