This is Venkatesh working as an Assistant Manager in Business Development for US Staffing. My roles and responsibilities involves in the following.

• Handling Business development and Recruitment activity.

• Identifying staffing needs of customers in the US market,

• Gathering staffing requirements from C-Level executives of fortune 500 and global 2000 companies by

running through a corporate presentation.

• Ensuring recruitment activity done for every requirement of my client, such as resume submission,

tracking their status and the developments, gathering feedback. Preparing detailed report of the same and

make recommendations to the recruitment team.

• Consultants Marketing to Direct Client, prime vendors and corp to corp.

• Prepare business plan, hold weekly meetings and sales review with the team.

• Lead generation, market analysis, sales forecast and derive strategy for Business development.

• Rate negotiation, proposal presentation, contracting and bringing closures.

• Key account management.
