Hi,
I am working for a company based out of Gurgaon and some of our employees are from Delhi. There is Election in Delhi on 4th Dec 2013. Since locally there are no elections therefore declaring a Holiday by the company does not make sense becuase only few of the employees come from Delhi. Should company declare holiday only for those who stay in Delhi and for others it would be normal working or is there a way standard practice where other Gurgaon companies follow. Could some one kindly provide some thoughts/inputs/comments on the same.
Regards
