Hi All,
I have over 8 years of experience. For the past 4 years i am working in an MNC call center. Earlier i was working in the software field for 4 years as a trainer. Now i am unable to work further in the call center. Though i am paid well but it is becoming difficult to work in shifts. At this stage can i move back to software field. Kindly advice what should i do?
Regards
Ramesh

Hi,
First you tell us in which fieid you are working.
yes you can shift to software, but it depends on the profile you are handling in the current company, if you want to change your field then you got to update yourself.
Thanks

Hi Ramesh,
You can always change your work stream, are'nt there people who have come out of the call centre jobs to their dream jobs or desired jobs, just that you got to convince people about your inclination towards the relevant field.
And this time you have to be extra careful in choosing your field and you should be able to judge yourself for the change, should also have hands on knowledge about the sofware methodology.
I wish you luck and suggest you to go ahead with your aspirations.
Regards,
Rekha.
