the F&F regurding delay should be problem for u r side or the company side pls clarify it . then record the letter which u have send to the company and add all the letter reminder and then send a notice with a leagel adviser.. then their will be respond immidetly...

Is your resignation accepted or not? if yes, send one mail to HR dept stated the reason and send one copy to labor dept. As per statutory point of view HR can't delay your F&F payment if so they should be communicated to you by writing.

Since you have not served the notice period, please clarify the termination clause mentioned in the appointment letter. It is assumed that they must have deducted the Notice Pay in lieu of the period not served. If there is any amount due/outstanding after deducting the Notice Pay then only it has to be settled.
