I THINK COMPANIES NOT DETERMINE THESE ROLLS CANDIDATES ON THE BASIS OF GENDER PARDEEP SHARMA

Depends on the type of hierarchy the HR Dept as. If it's a very steep hierarchy, then there will be such roles differentiated (generally) by the level of experience, authority level and capabilities. An officer usually is equivalent of a team leader. While coordinator is the entry level position who is the junior most person(s) in the department. Such differentiation might vary with each company. Sometimes you can see an officer and a coordinator doing the same job, only differentiated by title and salary.
As against, in a flat hierarchy, one joins as an officer(or something similar), and the only next designation is that of a manager. In the end, the gamut of activities covered under the role make that role.
Seniors, hopefully I have got this figured out correct.

definately it all depends from co. To co. Generally the officer is between the worker and the manager and cordinator is the person who has to deal with various stakeholders, basically manages the diff between various parties, some co. Use this desig as entry level position like helping hand of officer and he cordinates between the worker and the officer.
There is no gender specific things in these cases
