Dear Madam,
Take your life as the case study. how you acted when you were child and how your parents looked after you, how as sister you had differences with brother and how he and you made is simple solution. how as school kid you had differences with your friends and you resolved it amicably with various means. how as grown up you faced many issue /challenges and you came out winner with so many small help from your close ones/ friends /parents.
so the life of your factory office in same manner with bit professionally and make the solution simple rather bookish. you have solution of all issue if you have come this far. so for your company what you can do is:
understand what your company make and why they make it
who are your stake holder
go around the factory twice in a day you will know all the working, workers and many more things [ you will be able to resolve issue of any nature with smiling face]
do ask question for all the activity happening in factory
be a kid and be inquisitive
improve your knowledge of all your factory related work. people by nature go to that person who don't have any knowledge. no one ask question to person who know all but ask that person who is weak and employees knows about it.
have ownership for whatever you are doing.
and take grievances as learning feeds remember good, experiences, learned,senior person is who has seen all these challenges and learning. so be happy with learning points.
