Dear All,

Recently i have joined in Fabrication company, Here five employees are working. Till now no payroll process and EPF ,ESI. I want to implement payroll process and introduce EPF and ESI .According to EPF law is applicable to more than 10 employees,But we have only five employees only. EPF, ESi and Profssional Tax applicable to my company. Need valuable suggestions from seniors .

Pf is applicable if you have more than 19 employees
Esic is applicable if you have 20 employees (10 in some states)
So why do you necessarily want to implement what is not yet applicable to your company ?
Both the employer and employee would be happier without the deduction and the additional cost ....

Dear,
The ESI & PF Law are mandatory where more than 20 employees are working (for non power using units) 10 employees where power are using, but if you want to registered your employees Voluntary then there is no harm, you can registered with department voluntary. take the help of your near by PF & ESI Consultant.
