I\'ve got 3 yrs exp in recruitment in a Bpo industry and total exp of around 5 yrs in Bpo. I want to pursue career in HR. I will complete graduation in sociology by Nov 2013 and plan to do PGDHRM from symbiosis through distance education. I want to start working in the HR field. How can I go about it?

Thank you for reply Keshav. I've gone through the links. pretty helpful. I actually stopped working in HR in 2009 and have been voluntarily unemployed since July 2012. Now I want to once again get back in HR, recruitment to be precise.
