If the employees salary is above the prescribed Minimum Wages fixed by the appropriate government, then you need not to worry about other components. As like some employees are paid with consolidated salary, in which there will not be any bifurcation. The employee will get the fixed with the salary amount and it will be paid after deducting the TDS.
