It is better to approach the HR of new company and inform them by showing your resignation letter, acceptance letter & the relieving lr instead of they asking you / questioning you. Regards - kamesh

thanks for yr help, but I don't have resignation mail because I was send that mail through company mailbox after that it was closed. my only problem is 11 days gap between joined new company july 20,2010 & my resignation was accepted 24th july 2010 & they relieved me on 31 july 2010.it was 11days later after join new company.
I want to know can it create problem during join a new company because HR can ask this question about 11 days gaps between new company & my previous company.

It is clear that you were in employment of both the Organisations for 11 days, which is not allowed legally. These days might have conflicted because your earlier employers have taken few days to process your resignation acceptance. In big companies, HRs have to collect NOCs from many departments, and if everything is alright, then only they issue relieving letter.
Since this is a matter of very few days, it is not an intentional crime. Better you explain the situation to your new employer. Also see that you get salary for these 11 days only from one company. You may request earlier company to pay upto 19th july, or though you have joined new company on 20th, request them to consider your joining effective 1st august.
