People will say all the right things at the right time but their actions will say something else. So between actions and words, always judge a person's actions towards you.
People will say you are important to them and they really care about you but not once make efforts to be in touch with you. That's the action clearly saying that words aren't always to be believed.
Words don't cost, but actions do. Hence, only the people who actually want you in their life with prioritize their life in order to keep you in it.
Other than that, excuses and reasons will come and go. And one cannot trust excuses for very long.

Have a great day!

Dear Sri AVS,
A good brief is posted on the importance of action following the words expressed and the other way.
There exist different explanations for integrity. The best one I liked is simple to
remember and easy to appreciate. SUITING WORDS TO ACTION AND ACTION TO WORDS.
It sums up the essence of the need to be careful in making ACTION match with the WORDS and vice-versa.
Degree of Integrity is a measure of one’s character.
Modern Management Practices like ISO also advocate the same. Expressed in a nutshell, they observe WRITE WHAT YOU DO AND DO WHAT YOU WRITE.
Almost a year ago I shared an attachment while writing a series on Learning from Shakespeare. I am pleased to attach the same on this occasion.
Thanks for the post.
