We have employed 3 Contractors for executing multiple order in the same premises. Each Work order given to these 3 contractors last for around 4 weeks. After completion we then issue a new work order depending upon our orders for our clients.
I have the following Questions
1. Does the Contractor need to have a labour licence separately for each order everytime.
2. Is there a possibility to have a common labour licence issued to him for a particular period say 1 year.
