Thanks Sriram for your reply but as discussed in my thread pls. send me excel sheet of how to prepare recruitment budget what are the heads to be included. i have prepared manpower budget where i hav included current strength proposed strength in current financial year for each 7 group of company. require one sample recruitment budget sheet prepared for any company
