I am Srinath and worked over 8yrs with International BPO's in Operations. Has got over 3yrs expertise in management. I am looking forward to come out of it and start working as a Free lancer recruiter for both ITES, IT industry.
As per my feedback received from peers and bosses, I am a good sales person, good communication and good convincing skills.

Dear Srinath,
Start at the small scale and keep continuing working in your present organization. Leaving and starting anew will usually take time to fetch profits. If you can handle expenses for certain period of time you can than take it to full time. Create linkedin page / blog etc where you share your experience and build community there. Once you have develop the community, you can track the sales as per your plans.
