Our Company is with more than 20 employees all drawing monthly salary (Basic & DA) over Rs.10,000/-. None of them are at present members of PF governed by RPFC. Pl. let us know whether the Company should go for PF registration.

yes if u have to 20 or more persons employee in your organisation it is compulsary to register in pf act. khan hr

You have go through the PF registration process. Form 11 should be filed in the employees file with their signatures which shows that employees agreed with the non deduction of PF
Also Basic should be above 6500 then only this condition applies.PF registration is mandatory

Dear Mtc,
You've to compulsorily go for PF registration. You can fill nil returns monthly, but your establishment should have PF code. My kind suggestion would be to contribute for PF at least for slab basic of 6500 as it is a good savings that happens behind the screen.
However it is the understanding between the management ans team. The PF clause is very clear with regards to the registration.

If organization crossed more than 20 employes then you need to register under PF, if employees Baisc+DA exceeds more than 6500 then they need to give clarification in form 11.
As per Section 36(1)
if there is no employee to entitled to become a member of the fund, then employer shall send NIL return.

Thanks Aditya Will you tell me is it voluntry fixing basic of employees.Especially if employees are getting heavy package & forcing to fix their basic 6500/-

Hi,
As per section 2(F) - Excluded means
1. Fresher member's who was not member in previous company as well not withdrawn his full amount they are excluded employees.
2. If they are members in previous company as well they not withdrawn full amount then they need to continue for PF contribution.
