You should also look at Porter's 5 Forces (Porter five forces analysis).
1 Threat of new entrants
2 Threat of substitute products or services
3 Bargaining power of customers (buyers)
4 Bargaining power of suppliers
5 Intensity of competitive rivalry
It will help in accessing the strengths and weaknesses of your business.
