One of my friends recently needs to draw some org chart in her new job and I hate to just watch her solo it. Problem is: I shouldn't get my hand into it in order for her to grow. Instead, as Lao Tsu once stated, I just taught her "how to fish". This is the presentation I gave her. It helped her. It might help some of you too.
