I have 5 years of experience as HR Admin executive in Software service based company, Presently, my work experience includes partial recruitment, supporting payroll team in providing all information of salary computations, IT & monthly statutory reports, Partial accounting (i.e, preparing total expenses sheets of company, comparing expenses with bank statements, preparing vouchers & handling day to day petty cash expenses) Administration includes End to End activities.
I would like to enhance my career to next level. Could anyone kindly suggest how to proceed further for my career development. What type of certification will help me to reach next level of career in this corporate world?
