I'm working in Dishtv as a CCE last 18 months now I'm Eligible for the Annual Appraisal but my company is not providing me appraisal, my company is saying that your Salary is already high so we can not provide you appraisal.
now I want to know its my first appraisal in this company so Can I take the legal action against my company or not ?
