made up my mind to make the next move...Its not that I am admitting that I am perfect in
all the parameters that you have set for me and my career in this organization...however,
it does not seem right to my conscious to continue working for this business entity where
I have delivered my 100% in every stream that I am into, but was never recognized for any.
..primarily, when it comes to my appraisals or hikes I have not found myself comfortable
