I\'m a MBA-HR freshers, 2013 passout. I have a doubt that if I join in a BPO as a HR-Recruiter now, shall i able to join in any organization in future with this BPO experience? plz give me suggestion asap.

Generally, there is a feeling among the people that work experience (HR) in BPO will not be taken into consideration in future while applying for new job. But It is not so in reality. it will be considered but you should be very clear that you are into HR not into other function in the form of HR.
Try to bring in new HR things and develop strong knowledge in your own profession.
If you want to learn more things, i would say Manufacturing Industry would be the right option.
