Dear Seniors

one of My friend has joined 4 months back a Organization as head of dept with 3 reportee. On his joining the team gave him lot of negative feedback about organisation to my friend but my friend didnt reacted. One boy who has just resigned from company asked my friend to meet him. as he has resigned in her absence as he was on leave. My friend refused to meet him asked to come o office if he want to meet, but he insisted to meet, thus my friend met him just for 10 mins talked in general. He told him that he is sorry in his absence he resigned.. in near future he is aspiring to grow in near future will need his help for grooming, but wanted to pursue further study thus resigned.

My friend did not informed his boss/MD/Director. about it as he didn't found it important and bcoz workload he forgot, any how they came to know and on this basis they asked him to resign..... My friend is in deep worry bcoz he is joined here bcoz sumone known person and he also turned away.

He is not confirmed employee and just 4 months back he has joined and he joined here bcoz from the organisation there also he was just 6 months. he left that organisation bcoz he wanted joined the known boss

He has lost all confidence and moreover in deep deppression... that on what ground company is asking him to leave. not ready to listen anything. His career is at stake

Thanks & Regards

This cant be the reason for which company has asked to resigned. If this is so, its injustice on your friends part.Instead of going in depression & loosing confidence, go for legal action.

KiranKumard - your post is completely out of context and should be deleted by the moderator.
From your prescription: since Tab P-650 has been Rxed SOS, it is unlikely that the fever would have been severe enough. Even Vomikind is SOS - hence you were certainly not vomiting so much that you were bedridden. Why was Zenflox Rxed? What were your symptoms/blood report to suggest infection?
If you are in training and your terms of employment/training debars you from taking leave (without prior intimation) - your company is within its rights to take action. The BPO job scene is tough on body and mind; and being fit is a part of the game. We will not be able to comment without knowing your complete employment record.
Also the fact that you have mentioned your company name and details are enough to initiate action regarding slandering the name of the organization.

Dear Iyaad,
You may advise your friend that he should personally meet his boss and explain his position with regard to the meeting held between him and ex-employee of the company. If he is still insist for your resignation, it is better to leave the company.I feel that there is no point in working in a company where there is lack of mutual trust & confidence in the relationship of employee and employer. You still have option to raise an industrial dispute before the concerned official of labour department.
I agree with the Executor that mail of Sh Kiran Kumard is completely out of context, which has no relevant with the problem posed by Sh Iyaad. We need to confined to the question raised by the member and try to give him some sort of solution instead of posing his own problem and creating confusion as well as diverting the main issue of discussion. One always has the option to post his own problem separately instead of trespassing in the existing one.
