Dear Sir
My organization is very small sized. There are three firms in each 20 to 25 employees are working.
In my company many colleagues are late in the morning due to some genuine problem or some are habitual.
So I think if they are bound to give written intimation definitely they will reduce their late coming habit will reduce.
In this regards please let me how to keep record of the same & what kind of procedure shall I follow.
Please note I should maintain those employee who are in the late coming habit.

What's your attendance marking system; is it biometric (computerized) or signing a manual register.
Its a general principle employee or the immediate superior should inform about the attendance or the late comings of the employee.
