Dear Sir,
Thank you for your post. I understand for International Workers PF needs to calcuated considering total pay which includes (basic wages, dearness allowance, retaining allowance (if any) and cash value of food concession (if any)).
Does this mean HRA need not be considering when calculating total pay for the purpose of PF calculation.
