Good evening to all...Hope Your day Going good.I have a Serious Problem Which will cost Loosing of my Job.
I am working as a Trainee in HR at ecologic Chemicals Ltd.
Problem is that We Shifted AR&D from Our Head Office to Plant Location.Because of that HR- Staff number was Increasing.My Manager Said to me If You want to Work On HPWS its good then You can move from the Organisation.
I need your support & What action should take.

Every body in the organization / department have threat because organizations encourage knowledgeble & creative employees. Really you are fortunate as your management has entrusted a new process of HPWS and given a chance to learn. Can't understand why you are thinking it as a threat and costs your job. Have confidance and focus on the activity and excel.
