We have been approached by a few nepali citizens that the inidan banks suggested that since nepali national don\'t require visa they cannot open nro/nre account and they definitely cannot open a normal savings account because to open it local address proof is needed which is impossible to produce. So what can be done? We have some nepali employees in our company and want to open saving a/c all of them but they don\'t have any i.d. of indian govt. how can it possible toopen bank a/c of nepali .

Please confirm that candidate has work permit for india or not, bcoz its true that visa and passport not required to come over india but for work as per indian law we need work permit documents ....
if person has work permit than u can mention the company address in your letter head for communication in bank.
