Dear seniors ,
am looking for best appraisals system and increment implementation procedure .
current system in our org. is :
1. Appraisals form will be designed based on KRA / KPA
2. appraisals will be done by self assessment & HOD assessment
3. finally increment will be declared 10 / 15% to each department by the management .
4. implementation : declared increment amount will be shared in all emoluments .
My question is : good performers and average performers both are getting same hike .
Kindly advise me.
