I am to say that the university curriculum is teaching a subject known as business communications and soft skills. In this the students are trained to draft letters suiting to the circumstances. Unfortunately, the faculty members who handle this particular subject are qualified in english language but not in communicative procedures and patterns.
Only the corporate/industry experienced faculty could do handle the subject effectively.
Please attend a training programme which are often being conducted by reputed training institutes.
Or i may take it up in your premises, if the managers show interest in day to day communcations.
Simply giving a draft will never suffice the purpose, please note.
