We are a Mumbai based stock brokinig firm. This is regarding Salary Structure, which my company is following:
Basic - 67% of CTC
HRA - 20% of CTC
City Compensatory Allowance - 13% of CTC
And instead of EPF, here is dedcution of PPF equivalent to 1 Basic salary of 30 days.
Also, professional tax dedcution of 200/- per month, 2500/- a year.
Is this a correct format or can we make any changes to it....Please share your views on the same, will be thankful to you.

You are not allowed to substitute PPF for EPF. Please check the discussions on the site for details of when PF is exempted. If you qualify that then it’s ok, else you are sitting on a time bomb
